MUMU's cross-border e-commerce business is built upon this Japanese market, introducing Japanese products to consumers worldwide via international e-commerce platforms.

In addition to third-party platforms, we are also planning our own e-commerce channels. While eBay and Etsy help products reach international buyers on their platforms, an independent e-commerce site is more suitable for long-term brand building, cultivating customer relationships, and designing more flexible display methods tailored to different product lines.

Today, AI assists us with a wide range of tasks, from managing hair salon appointments to the daily operations of cross-border e-commerce stores, achieving significant efficiency improvements.
Proprietary AI E-commerce ERP System
We are independently developing a proprietary AI e-commerce ERP system that deeply integrates AI and big data. This system rapidly filters and scores best-selling products from massive market data, enabling AI-driven smart product selection. Additionally, it can automatically generate and edit multilingual product information, significantly shortening the product listing cycle. The system is currently operational within our own businesses, and we are preparing to offer it as an external service.
