Every company's business and team are different. We don't sell a standard package — we follow the process below to design training that truly fits your work.
Online or in person, we learn your business context, your team's current level and the problems you want solved, and define the training goal.
Based on the assessment we design the curriculum, format (on-site / online), hours and instructor lineup, and give you a clear quotation. Everything up to the quote is free.
Once the plan and cost are confirmed, we sign a training contract covering deliverables, schedule and confidentiality.
We fix the training calendar, collect participant backgrounds and real work materials, and tune the course to your day-to-day work.
Training runs as planned, hands-on first — participants practice directly on their own work materials, so what they learn is usable the same day.
After the training we stay available for questions and adoption support, review the results, and can arrange advanced courses as needed.
