This is an AI practice and entrepreneurship community based in Japan, connecting Japan and China. It brings together entrepreneurs operating cross-border e-commerce, physical stores, and various businesses in Japan, as well as outstanding developers, product managers, and startup teams from China.
From cross-border e-commerce product selection and content creation, to physical store operations, enterprise knowledge base, and AI product development; from the technical and product experience of the Chinese team, to the demands, regulations, and market opportunities in Japan. Community members share the methods they are using, the problems they encounter, and real case studies, discussing together how to transform technology into a tool that solves problems, improves efficiency, and creates value.
We hold weekly online theme-based sharing sessions, discussing real-world cases and experiences in AI applications, product development, cross-border e-commerce, business management, and practical insights into the Japanese market. We also periodically organize offline workshops and community gatherings to collaborate on projects, connect with peers from various fields, and bridge technology, markets, and opportunities between Japan and China.

When purchasing decisions are entrusted to AI, how will e-commerce be redefined? The 11th session of the Osaka AI Exchange Online Sharing will be held on November 4, 2026 (Wednesday) at 20:00 (Tokyo time) via Tencent Meeting. This session's speaker is Yamaki, and the topic is "AI-Powered Autonomous Shopping: A Complete Restructuring of E-commerce." As purchasing decisions begin to be handed over to AI, the entry points, rules, and profit distribution in e-commerce are changing. This sharing will begin by tracing the evolution of shopping methods, reviewing the changing roles of various parties behind a single purchase, and then discussing three levels of restructuring: Entry Point Restructuring – Who connects with consumers; Rule Restructuring – How consent, confirmation, and consumer rights are implemented after delegating execution to AI; and Profit Restructuring – Who does the work, who pays, and who benefits. Finally, it will address the capabilities and choices that merchants and developers should build in this new round of reshuffling.
