2. Information We Collect
Through our contact form we collect your name, company name, email address and the content of your inquiry. Through membership registration we collect your email address, name (or nickname), display language, email preference and the date and time of your consent. You may also optionally provide your age group, level of AI experience, areas of interest and occupation (industry). Collection is limited to what is necessary, with the purpose of use made clear.
3. Purpose of Use
Collected personal information is used only to (1) respond to your inquiries, (2) manage membership registration and provide member content such as session replays and materials, (3) inform you about and register you for our events and meetups, (4) send event announcement emails and information tailored to your interests to those who have consented, and (5) contact you regarding our services.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Outsourcing and Transfer to Third Parties Abroad
To the extent necessary for operating our services, we entrust the handling of personal data to the following external providers, all located in the United States: Supabase, Inc. (database and authentication), Vercel, Inc. (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google LLC (translation of multilingual content). For information on the data protection regime in the United States, please refer to each provider's published materials. We select providers with appropriate security measures and work to prevent leakage, loss or damage.
6. Retention Period
Member information is retained until you request withdrawal. Inquiry records are deleted once the matter has been resolved and any period necessary for our operations has elapsed. We endeavour to erase personal data without delay once retention is no longer necessary.
7. Stopping Email Delivery
Event announcement emails are sent only to those who consented at registration. You can stop delivery at any time using the unsubscribe link at the foot of every email, or from the settings on your member page.
8. Disclosure, Correction and Deletion
Upon request from the individual concerned, we will disclose, correct, suspend the use of or delete personal information promptly in accordance with the law, after verifying identity. Please contact us at the address below.
